Fortunately, shopping on Oahu is extremely well covered. From the Royal Hawaiian Center, the well known International Marketplace, and the classic Hawaii shopping experience of the Ala Moana Center. All located in or near the beaches of Waikiki, these outlets are amply able to fulfill any sort of shopping therapy desired. Don’t forget the outlets at Waikele and a bargain hunters’ paradise of the local Swap Meet held at the Aloha Stadium parking lot. Though only available a few days a week, if shopping for small gifts of clothing, memorabilia, or even kitschy knickknacks, the Swap Meet has lots of fun and well-made items by local vendors. Also, please ask us about our farmer markets held within Waikiki as you can find really fresh fruit but also exotic options like dragon fruit and apple bananas. Lots of local food fare are sold as well.
